...mentally speaking, of course.

I've had a fever of 103 in the past two days (4 times total) and I'm not sure if there are any other strange things going on. I'm pretty content at the moment. I'm sure this will all change when I get my grades back for my midterms, but I'm alright with being happy for a few days.

My friends have all planned on doing fun-filled activities for break. A bunch of them have gone to Georgia (11 hours away) for frisbee tournaments, a couple have gone to London, another has gone to Miami, and a couple others will be going to Habitat to do construction. Busy + fun. What have I planned? Nothing.

I spent my first day with a couple friends (in my sick/feverish state) watching Birdcage and drinking champagne. Classy, no? The champagne came from my ex of 2 weeks. ...mmm, not so classy.

I'm not even going to elaborate on that relationship. Let's just say, it was probably the "darkest two weeks" of my life. Sniper rifle, fight club, drug trafficking...hmm. I was offered a free ticket to Florida too. Is it just me or is that ridiculous? 2 weeks and already being asked to go on a far trip without hardly knowing each other? 'Nuff said. In the end, I got to keep massive amounts of alcohol and some groceries. Maybe it was worth it? Maybe not.

In the meantime, I'm focusing on:
A) Getting better
B) Adorably shy boy that pays little attention to me (I blame the shyness part)
C) Summer plans
D) School work
E) Research

I think I should do something exciting for this short week of freedom that I have. Maybe I'll delve into new interests or maybe just prepare for Persian New Year (this Friday). That really translates to: clean room/house, get haircut, go to dentist, do other things that sound/seem important...

Anyway, I've spent enough time on this and I think I'll actually get work done now. Oh, happy day.
